The Academy offers a wide range of dance classes for all skill levels. Our experienced teachers are passionate about helping each dancer achieve their highest potential, whilst also having as much fun as possible.
TEACHING FACULTY
Our qualified teachers aim to provide the very best in dance and performing arts training. We inspire and nurture the individual talents of each pupil, whether your child is new to the performing arts or experienced.
Our teachers have a wealth of knowledge and experience which will encourage an enthusiasm for learning and a love and appreciation of dance and performing arts for a lifetime.
AIMS OF THE ACADEMY
To provide pupils the opportunity to experience a wide variety of Performing Arts disciplines.
Encourage, praise and reward effort and achievement.
Respect each individual pupil and encourage his/her potential.
Provide high standards of teaching in all aspects of the performing arts.
Extend the pupils opportunities by performing outside of the Academy. Learn, develop and have fun!
FREE INTRODUCTORY CLASS
We offer a FREE trial class to all new pupils. Please wear comfortable clothing and bare feet, to avoid slipping. After the trial all pupils are required to wear full Academy uniform, which can be purchased from the Academy.
EXAMINATIONS
Pupils are entered for examinations throughout the year. IDTA, RAD, ISTD, ATOD, Acrobatic Arts and LAMDA examinations are optional. The Principal will assess each individual pupil to ensure they are ready for entry.
EXTRA CURRICULAR
Pupils attend various extra curricular activities such as festivals, shows, pantomimes and dance workshops covering syllabus and non-syllabus work.
