Provide pupils the opportunity to experience a wide variety of performing art disciplines. Encourage, praise and reward effort and achievement. Respect each individual pupil and encourage his/her potential. Provide high standards of teaching in all aspects of the performing arts. Extend the pupils opportunities by performing outside of the Academy at Festivals, London/Local Theatre's, and IDTA/RAD seminars. Learn, develop and have fun!
